IT Client Support Technician (m/f/d) - Onsite

Join our Onsite Team as an IT Client Support Technician (m/f/d), providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level client support within the onsite team.
• Receive and process incident reports and user requests.
• Support standard applications such as MS Office and current operating systems (Windows and Mac).
• Perform installations, break/fix, hardware replacements, and troubleshooting for end-user devices.
• Document all activities and manage tickets within the ticketing system.
• Collaborate effectively with 1st and 3rd level client support teams.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Ideally, an IT-related apprenticeship or comparable professional experience in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT Technician, IT Service Technician, Onsite Technician).
• Experience in IT support, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Windows versions, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and experience with a ticketing system.
• Basic knowledge of iOS and Mac operating systems is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA (A+) or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are advantageous.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken) and developing to good English skills.
• A driver's license (Class B) is desirable.
