What We Do: A-LEVEL

We are a recruiting partner for companies in the startup online marketing and e-commerce sectors, focused on building strong teams with top talent and sustainable hiring structures. We work closely with founders, hiring managers, and candidates.

Your Tasks:

• Call Support: Support our intro and skill calls with candidates, actively listen, and document key points.
• Feedback Documentation: Structure and document call notes and maintain them in our ATS.
• Candidate Communication: Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and rejections.
• Pipeline Management: Keep candidate pipelines updated and ensure no tasks are missed.
• Ad-hoc Support: Conduct small research tasks, assist with sourcing, and handle other day-to-day recruiting activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting (e.g., internship, working student role, HR position).
• Understanding of the recruiting process and candidate communication.
• Proficiency in active listening, identifying key points, and accurate documentation during candidate conversations.
• Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English.
• Structured, reliable work style with proactive problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal finesse.
• Availability of approx. 10 hours/week, ideally spread over 2-3 days.
