Ezwim, based in the Netherlands and part of the global Harris Computer family and Constellation Software group, is seeking a proactive DevOps / SysOps Engineer. We are focused on operating, securing, and continuously improving our cloud infrastructure, driving the adoption of AI-assisted operations (AIOps).

About the Role:
This remote role focuses on cloud operations, automation, monitoring, and deployment processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams, helping to drive the evolution towards intelligent operations powered by AI.

What You Will Do:

• Cloud Infrastructure & Operations: Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, DNS, certificates, VPN, and security controls. Ensure platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Platform Engineering & Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible. Manage CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and deployment processes. Support application deployments and platform integrations. Administer and secure Linux-based environments (Oracle Linux and Ubuntu).
• Monitoring & Reliability: Maintain observability, alerting, and operational dashboards. Improve incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• AIOps & Innovation: Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted tooling. Drive the evolution from traditional DevOps towards intelligent operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Operations background.
• Linux administration (Oracle Linux and/or Ubuntu).
• OCI or comparable hyperscaler experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• CI/CD with Jenkins and GitLab; Kubernetes cluster operations.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, TLS/PKI, VPN, load balancing.
• Genuine curiosity about AI's impact on infrastructure and operations; familiarity with AIOps, MLOps, or AI-in-DevOps trends.
• Comfortable working with AI coding assistants and critically evaluating their output.
• Self-starter, analytical, and a strong troubleshooter.
• Clear communicator (including on AI topics) with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative and knowledge-sharing.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Fluent in English; Russian and Dutch are a plus.
