About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director, AI Transformation to own and drive Intradiem’s internal AI roadmap. You will translate company strategy into a prioritized execution plan, define and manage the AI use case pipeline, and establish Intradiem’s AI operating model and enterprise architecture. This role serves as the primary internal voice and decision-maker for AI transformation, reporting directly to the VP of Technology.

Strategic Leadership & Roadmap:

• Own and drive Intradiem’s internal AI transformation roadmap.
• Define and manage the AI use case pipeline (intake, evaluation, prioritization).
• Establish the AI operating model and enterprise AI architecture.

Team & Program Leadership:

• Lead and grow a dedicated AI Enablement team.
• Balance strategic direction with hands-on involvement in tooling, architecture, and use case execution.
• Own the management, administration, and optimization of internal AI tools and platforms.

Investment & Vendor Decisions:

• Evaluate, select, and manage AI products, platforms, and services.
• Support AI transformation budget allocation tied to measurable business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Governance:

• Build, manage, and chair the AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Establish AI governance frameworks (responsible use policies, intake processes).
• Serve as the internal spokesperson for the AI program.

Enablement & Change Management:

• Lead change management efforts for AI transformation.
• Design and deliver AI enablement programs and workshops.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI fluency.

Measurement & Accountability:

• Develop and own key AI KPIs (adoption, use cases, time-to-value, ROI).
• Drive quarterly goal accountability for the AI program.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and trends.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology enablement, or transformation roles.
• 3-5+ years leading AI adoption initiatives, automation programs, or enterprise change management.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot) and LLMs, APIs, AI-native tooling.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption across distributed teams.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI frameworks, data privacy, and regulations.
