Product Manager, Enterprise Intelligence at Glean

Glean is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to shape and build our emerging Enterprise Intelligence product area. This role is at the forefront of AI, enterprise workflows, analytics, and product strategy, empowering organizations to work smarter with AI.

About the Role:

As a Product Manager for Enterprise Intelligence, you will define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for a critical area of Glean's business. You will work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to translate complex enterprise intelligence concepts into actionable product experiences. This is a unique opportunity to have an outsized impact on both product direction and the growth of a lean product team.

What You Will Do:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Intelligence, translating company vision into concrete product bets and execution plans.
• Engage deeply with customers, prospects, and stakeholders to identify high-value enterprise intelligence use cases and proactive insights.
• Develop products that leverage Glean’s enterprise context layer, graph, and system intelligence into actionable workflows, dashboards, and proactive experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to scope products, define user flows, set quality standards, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Drive customer-focused prioritization and efficient execution, balancing long-term opportunities with user needs and company priorities.
• Collaborate with go-to-market and customer-facing teams to ensure product strategy reflects enterprise realities.
• Establish foundational elements for a new category of Enterprise Intelligence, focusing on proactive insights, organizational visibility, process understanding, and cross-functional decision support.
• Maintain a high bar for product craft by specifying detailed workflows, UI behavior, and adoption paths.

About You:

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI products, analytics, or workflow/intelligence platforms, with a track record of shipping significant products.
• Product Sense: Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, user-centric product experiences, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
• AI & Enterprise Interest: Deep interest in AI and enterprise software, with a passion for shaping products that combine context, workflows, analytics, and proactive intelligence.
• Technical Fluency: Comfortable partnering with engineering and data teams on systems involving structured/unstructured data, knowledge graphs, retrieval, or intelligence layers.
• Granular Thinking: Ability to define specific user workflows, interaction models, and product sequences for customer adoption.
• Ambiguity Comfort: Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous spaces, creating clarity, momentum, and alignment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership & Collaboration: Proven track record of taking ownership, initiative, and delivering results through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Mindset: Learning and growth mindset, mission-first orientation.
• AI Fluency: Early adopter of AI tools and excited to help customers accelerate their AI adoption journey.

Education:

• Doctorate degree (PhD, ScD, DrPH) in Biostatistics/Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biological Sciences, Public Health, Math, or related field with no industry experience; OR
• Master’s degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Location:

• Hybrid: 4 days a week in our Mountain View office.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $170,000 - $250,000 annually, determined by location, level, and experience.
