Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As an integral part of the recruitment function, you will manage the recruitment process end-to-end, handle high volumes of recruitment activity, and play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity.
  • Create, update, and upload job descriptions and specifications onto the website, recruitment system, and external job boards.
  • Develop and implement direct sourcing and attraction strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines.
  • Source, screen candidate resumes, and job applications.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage diaries.
  • Participate in interview panels and conduct thorough candidate assessments.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with various tasks and ad-hoc duties.
  • Manage and maintain the SmartRecruiters system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and Excel spreadsheets effectively.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
  • Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work."
  • Perform ad-hoc recruitment administration duties.
  • Ensure the protection of information assets and abide by the ISMS in place.

Qualifications:

Education / Professional Qualifications:

  • Degree in HR or a business-related field.

Background Experience:

  • Previous demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience recruiting within the Finance, Fund Administration, or Buy-side Financial Services industry (desirable).
  • Strong talent sourcing skills utilizing multiple sources.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Previous background in implementing recruitment strategy.
  • Previous experience with equality monitoring processes and procedures.

Computer / Program Knowledge:

  • Proficient in the suite of Microsoft packages.
  • Working knowledge of computerized HR/Recruitment systems.
