The Opportunity:

Flywire seeks an experienced, self-motivated Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic global team. As a subject matter expert in your product area(s), you will be instrumental in driving client success. If you have experience in student financial services, change management within higher education, SaaS integrations, and are eager to launch your career in Fintech, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with clients and project managers on project discovery, implementation, change management, and knowledge transfer.

• Collaborate with global teams and customers to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions offered by Flywire.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing product best practices, system training, onsite support, and business process/change management expertise.
• Develop and maintain complex product documentation in partnership with product management and engineering, facilitating internal knowledge transfer and supporting relationship management and sales.
• Conduct remote and in-person training and testing sessions for client super users and adopters of our enterprise software suite.
• Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders.
• Assist with developing new hire onboarding documentation, training materials, and support for implementation consultants.
• Provide mentorship to new hires, guiding them through our products, integrations, and implementation policies.
• Assist the Senior Manager for Implementation Consulting with data gathering, analytics, and customer success metrics to achieve team goals.
• Contribute to an innovative culture and exceptional customer experience daily.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Higher Education (Student Finance preferred).
• Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs such as Oracle, Banner, Colleague, Unit4, SAP, and Workday.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software is preferred.
• Experience training software end-users (both functional and technical audiences).
• Understanding of the broader payment processing industry.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to client sites and for internal meetings.
