You will manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously, collaborating with fast-growing e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and agencies committed to growth and high talent expectations. A significant focus will be on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring, primarily recruiting top-performing sales talent, including SDRs, Account Executives, sales leaders, and other revenue-driving roles.
This is a hands-on, operational recruiting role involving every step of the hiring process:
No two days are the same. You'll engage with ambitious companies, tackle challenging searches, and encounter a constant flow of new opportunities.
Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not a strict requirement. We are equally interested in motivated individuals eager to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition.
