Responsibilities

You will manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously, collaborating with fast-growing e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and agencies committed to growth and high talent expectations. A significant focus will be on Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring, primarily recruiting top-performing sales talent, including SDRs, Account Executives, sales leaders, and other revenue-driving roles.

This is a hands-on, operational recruiting role involving every step of the hiring process:

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines and hiring funnels.
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews and qualification calls.
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows.
  • Support multiple searches concurrently while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks and help maintain efficient hiring processes.

No two days are the same. You'll engage with ambitious companies, tackle challenging searches, and encounter a constant flow of new opportunities.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not a strict requirement. We are equally interested in motivated individuals eager to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition.   • Compensation structure includes a fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Indicative salary ranges:
  • Junior Recruiter: €36,000–€50,000 fixed salary
  • Mid-Level Recruiter: €50,000–€70,000 fixed salary
  • Additional performance-based bonus structure.
  • Compensation is ultimately determined by experience, performance, and value to the team.
