About the Opportunity

You will execute operational activities throughout migration waves, with strong interaction with development squads and serving as a technical focal point for unblocking issues. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to consolidate experience in large-scale DevOps projects within a critical corporate environment and a structured technical team.

You will be responsible for:

• Performing technical validations post-migration: integrity of history, object count, Git LFS integrity, validation of migrated PRs and issues.
• Adjusting pipeline integrations, webhooks, and CI/CD secrets in the new environment.
• Acting as the technical focal point for squads during the transition, addressing questions and unblocking issues.
• Supporting the creation of technical documentation, operational runbooks, and training materials.
• Reporting progress and issues to the Technical Lead in an agile cadence.

What you need to have:

• Practical experience with advanced Git (rebase, cherry-pick, history recovery, LFS manipulation).
• Experience with GitHub (Cloud or Enterprise) and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration with adjacent tools (Jira, SonarQube, artifact registries).
• Scripting in Bash and/or Python for operational task automation.
• A hands-on, organized profile with good communication skills for direct interaction with squads.

What would be a plus:

• Previous experience in Git repository migration projects.
• Knowledge of other Git platforms (GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
• GitHub Foundations or GitHub Actions certification.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Technical English proficiency.
