About the Role:
As an Associate Talent Sourcer, you will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment team by identifying and engaging with potential candidates for various job openings. You will utilize diverse sourcing techniques to find qualified individuals, assess their suitability, and contribute significantly to the overall talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities:

• Review and post attractive job advertisements on various platforms to attract target candidates.
• Process applications across all platforms in a timely manner.
• Employ various sourcing methods on job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Initiate communication with prospective candidates, build relationships, and provide them with relevant job opportunity information.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability through initial phone or video interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline, especially for repeatable roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or relevant databases.
• Optimize sourcing strategies and maintain service levels based on agreed metrics.
• Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks.
• Promote the employer brand by presenting job opportunities attractively and influencing the use of social media tools aligned with Cielo's brand strategy.
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process for a smooth candidate experience.
• Actively seek and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to enhance inclusivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement within talent sourcing and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally within the pharma industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Must successfully complete Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days.
• 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is required.
• Some experience in conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.
