About the Role

The Associate Talent Sourcer plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. Utilizing a diverse range of sourcing techniques and channels, you will find qualified individuals, screen them, and assess their suitability, contributing significantly to the overall talent acquisition process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Post attractive job adverts on various job boards to attract target candidates and process applications promptly.
• Employ diverse sourcing methods across online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Initiate communication with prospective candidates, build relationships, and provide them with relevant job opportunity information.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability through initial phone or video interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline, particularly for highly repeatable roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or relevant databases.
• Work backwards from agreed metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and maintain service levels.
• Support recruiters with ad hoc sourcing-related administrative tasks.
• Promote the employer brand by presenting job opportunities attractively and influencing the use of social media tools in alignment with Cielo’s brand strategy.
• Coordinate feedback and facilitate the recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Actively seek and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to enhance inclusivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement within talent sourcing and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the first 90 days is mandatory.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is required. Some experience in conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred.
• Skills & Exposure:
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in various sourcing methods, including basic Boolean search.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.
• Specific Requirements: 2 to 3 years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in the pharma industry.
• Language: Proficiency in English required.
