About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will independently lead projects from concept to go-live, focusing on product introductions and market entry. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support strategic initiatives from the CEO's office.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead projects in product introduction and market entry, from conception to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure timelines and deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align on common goals.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic projects from the CEO Office.
• Develop and maintain project structures, roadmaps, and reporting for management.
• Identify and proactively manage risks and dependencies in ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally related to product management, product launches, or business development.
• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Structured, independent work style with a high standard of quality.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both German and English.
• High willingness to learn and comfort in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Ideally, experience working directly with founders or in a startup/scale-up environment.
• Ideally resides in Berlin. Hamburg is also a viable location.
