About the Role
As an Integrations Partner Manager at Vanta, you will own Vanta’s partnerships with vendors that our customers use daily. Your role is crucial in unlocking powerful integrations and fostering long-term collaborative relationships. You will enable Vanta’s product teams to build first-party integrations and motivate partners to develop high-quality integrations on top of Vanta’s APIs. Ultimately, you will drive growth and ROI within Vanta’s integration ecosystem by blending Vanta-built and partner-built experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the integration partner program: define program requirements, source new partners, collaborate with GTM partner teams, and foster relationships with technical partners to unlock new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand integration use cases and partner with vendors to secure necessary access, environments, and technical support.
- Identify and encourage technical partners to build on Vanta’s integration APIs, evangelizing for Vanta’s customers and goals, and managing them through the technical partner program.
- Create and measure goals around partner tiering, relationship development, ROI, and customer-facing impacts.
- Manage contracting, access agreements, and procurement with partners, improving the process for predictable new partner engagement.
- Contribute to Vanta’s enablement and marketing efforts, articulating the value created by Vanta and its vendors, and identifying new co-build and co-market opportunities.
How to Be Successful:
- 6+ years owning and activating strategic technical partner portfolios in a fast-growing SaaS or platform ecosystem.
- Consistent track record of success in building and managing integration partnerships with measurable ROI and clearly defined partner tiers.
- Outcome-focused, organized approach to partner management.
- Experience operating between internal and external teams, collaborating with Product, Field, and Procurement/Legal teams.
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, demonstrating curiosity and sound judgment.
- Preferred: Established network within the SaaS/integrations ecosystem with a track record of measurable partner impact.
- Preferred: General technical skills in the integrations domain, with comfort around concepts like APIs and schemas.
