Responsibilities

• Lead and develop international verification and validation teams across multiple engineering disciplines and global locations.
• Define and execute a long-term strategy for testing, validation, digitalization, and laboratory excellence.
• Drive the adoption of advanced testing technologies, automation, data-driven decision-making, and digital engineering solutions.
• Establish global standards, best practices, and performance metrics to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Customer-facing teams to support innovation and product development.
• Ensure robust validation frameworks for new technologies, product releases, supplier qualifications, and customer-specific requirements.
• Build a high-performance organization through coaching, talent development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven leadership experience within an international engineering, R&D, testing, or validation environment.
• Strong understanding of verification methodologies, testing strategies, and engineering processes.
• Experience driving organizational change, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data analytics, automation, programming, or modern engineering software tools is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and hands-on leadership.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
