About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Market Manager to drive commercial performance and revenue growth across a portfolio of Central European markets. Combining analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, you will actively shape market performance and contribute to key commercial decisions. This role is based in Milan and operates on a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Commercial Strategy: Maintain competitive pricing and positioning insights, supporting planning cycles with market briefings and campaign input.
- Commercial Steering: Support pricing, revenue management, sales, and marketing levers to achieve targets and support the rollout of e-commerce features.
- Performance & Insights: Track demand, competition, and KPIs; deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to improve revenue and load factors.
- Reporting & Planning: Assist with regular performance reporting and contribute to forecasting and budget cycles with actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales, Network Planning, and Product teams for consistent execution.
- Analytics & Stakeholder Support: Utilize analytics and tools (Excel, BI, SQL) to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to market business reviews and collaborate on cross-market projects to improve processes, alignment, and overall performance.
About You:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Marketing, or Commercial Strategy, ideally in Transportation, Mobility, Hospitality, or related sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a solid understanding of commercial drivers.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a strong plus.
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
