About the Role

IPAR, a national occupational rehabilitation provider, is seeking passionate professionals in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling to join our team in Morwell. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals with illness, disability, or injury to achieve sustainable return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to reduce administrative workload.
• Apply clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers and employees to deliver injury prevention initiatives and workplace education programs.
• Work closely with injured workers, employers, and medical/allied health professionals across various schemes (workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare, DVA).
• Conduct assessments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored Return to Work plans.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• Provisional (Psychologists) or Full Professional Registration with AHPRA, Full ESSA EP Accreditation, or Full ASORC Membership.
• Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• A desire to problem-solve with the confidence to be innovative, use initiative, and achieve results.
• A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits.
• Energy and drive to grow services.
• A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
