Customer Success Manager (Werkstudent)

Your Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Support: Accompany our customers during the setup and initial use of CloseAI.
• Check-in Calls: Conduct regular calls with users to review their status, clarify questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Feedback Management: Collect practical insights (e.g., on GPT recommendations or CRM export) and relay them directly to our product team.
• Success Content: Assist in creating case studies and onboarding webinars.

Your Qualifications:

• Ability to follow existing processes.
• Quick comprehension and high discipline.
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy.
• Good ability to handle performance pressure.
• Strong team player.
• Clean and error-free written German.
