As a Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll join Flix in shaping how our global teams learn and grow. We go beyond training sessions to create practical learning experiences – from digital courses to processes and frameworks that truly support people and the business. You’ll take ownership of key learning programs and projects, working with a collaborative team that values both ideas and execution. This role is based in Warsaw (hybrid model).

About the Role:

• Manage and deliver learning programs across multiple employee levels, ensuring consistent quality, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business priorities.
• Drive global L&D projects by collaborating with colleagues across departments, domains, and regions, supporting strategic implementations from planning through to execution.
• Design and develop blended learning solutions, including digital courses, leadership programs, and performance support tools, using AI-powered authoring tools to accelerate content quality and production.
• Embed AI into everyday L&D practice by identifying opportunities to use AI tools for content creation, learning personalization, and operational efficiency, and actively sharing best practices with the team.
• Own program delivery and optimization for existing and new learning initiatives, gathering feedback, analyzing results, and implementing improvements that enhance learner engagement and business impact.
• Analyze learning data to track program effectiveness, identify patterns and gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for evidence-based decision-making.
• Manage L&D operations and systems, including our Learning Management System (FlixUni), ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improved.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience in L&D, program management, or a related people development function within the corporate sector, ideally with a background in tech, mobility, or a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of learning design, with hands-on experience developing blended and digital learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and tied to business outcomes.
• AI-curious and digitally confident, with experience or a strong interest in using AI tools for content creation, learning personalization, or workflow automation within an L&D context.
• Organized and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholder requests simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse, international teams and present ideas clearly to peers and mid-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable working with learning data and dashboards to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborative and proactive team member who takes initiative, builds strong working relationships across functions and geographies, and thrives in a hybrid, multicultural environment.
