IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Onsite Team. This role involves providing 1st and 2nd level client support, managing incidents, and supporting standard applications and operating systems.

Aufgaben:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level client support in the Onsite Team.
• Receive and process incident reports and user requests.
• Support standard applications like MS Office and current operating systems (Windows and Mac).
• Perform installations, break/fix, replacements, and troubleshooting for end-user devices.
• Document and process tickets in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with 1st and 3rd level client support teams.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure adherence to SLAs.

Qualifikation:

• Ideally, an IT-related apprenticeship or comparable professional experience (e.g., Fachinformatiker, IT Technician, IT Support Specialist).
• Experience in IT support, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Windows versions, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of iOS and Mac operating systems is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCP) are a plus.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken) and expandable to good English skills.
• A driver's license class B is desirable.
