IT Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Onsite Team

About the Role

Join our dynamic onsite team as an IT Support Specialist, where you will provide crucial 1st and 2nd level client support. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and the satisfaction of our users.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level client support within the onsite team.
• Receive and process incident reports and service requests.
• Support standard applications such as MS Office and current operating systems (Windows and Mac).
• Perform installations, break/fix, replacements, and troubleshooting for end-user devices.
• Document all activities and manage tickets within our ticketing system.
• Collaborate effectively with 1st and 3rd level client support teams.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Ideally, an IT-related apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience in IT (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Technician, IT Support, Onsite Technician).
• Experience in IT support, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Windows versions, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of iOS and Mac operating systems is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken) and developing to good English skills.
• A valid Class B driver's license is desirable.
