Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior Programmatic Consultant (m/f/d) who is 100% enthusiastic about advertising and data to elevate our game and help our clients and the team grow. The Programmatic team is part of DEPT®'s EMEA team, with members across Europe. Our certified programmatic advertising specialists help clients effectively purchase digital media to achieve their goals, whether through real-time bidding or direct deals with publishers.

We seek a highly motivated Junior Programmatic Consultant to manage programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize for performance, and provide insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for becoming a specialist in programmatic advertising, understands the digital advertising ecosystem, and has experience managing campaigns on Amazon Advertising. Experience with other DSPs is also preferred. Required channels include video, display, and CTV.

What You'll Do

  • Stay informed on the latest developments and opportunities that add value for the customer, and critically evaluate our work.
  • Demonstrate interest in programmatic advertising, data, and new technologies.
  • Support strategy development and translate it into best-in-class tactics for major clients.
  • Advise on suitable creatives, effective target group reach, and efficient achievement of client objectives.
  • Translate results into insights, advice, and new plans, presenting them clearly at all levels.
  • Manage programmatic campaigns on DV360 & Amazon DSP, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges as needed.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to senior team members and clients.
  • Deliver and present work with data-driven insights and analytics both internally and externally.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on advertising experience (internships count; we value motivation and a growth mindset).
  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, key digital formats).
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data for campaign optimization.
  • Experience or interest in working with formats such as display, video, and CTV.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the confidence to contribute your own ideas.
  • Passion for advertising and curiosity for new tools, platforms, and innovations.
