The Role

As a Partner Success Director at Abridge, you will own the relationship with your health system partners. You are the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong executive, operational, and technical relationships. This is a high-touch, high-ownership role where you will go deep with a focused book of partners, delivering exceptional service, urgency, and strategic partnership.

What You'll Do

Partner Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across health system partners, ensuring broad and deep engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, timely, and reliable communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance to connect Abridge's capabilities with partner priorities.
  • Analyze partner data (usage, adoption, growth potential) to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct executive business reviews, assessing performance and aligning on expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and advance expansion opportunities, outlining goals and ROI.
  • Track partner expansion metrics and contribute to revenue growth and retention targets.

Clinician Success

  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, understanding their workflows, pain points, and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and best practices that improve clinician workflows, productivity, and patient outcomes.
  • Deliver product training and onboarding support for optimal utilization.
  • Proactively identify and address clinician concerns, collaborating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
  • Monitor clinician satisfaction and adoption data, implementing targeted interventions.

Partner Advocacy

  • Collaborate internally across sales, product, and other teams to drive partner growth and remove adoption barriers.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, sharing insights to drive product and service improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of partner success resources and best practices.

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., management consulting, enterprise SaaS, health system innovation).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the challenges faced by health enterprises and clinicians.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-touch relationship model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex software solutions effectively.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
