About the Role

As an Aussie Mobile Broker, you will operate your own business with the full backing of Australia's leading mortgage brand. This role offers independence combined with unparalleled support, allowing you to work flexibly from anywhere on a hybrid basis and build enduring client relationships.

We will fuel your business growth with a consistent stream of pre-qualified customer appointments, smart automation to minimize administrative tasks, and dedicated fulfillment support so you can concentrate on your clients.

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity where you will:

• Receive pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to execute custom marketing initiatives to boost lead flow.
• Guide clients from their initial consultation through to settlement, with our fulfillment team managing all processing and administrative tasks.
• Utilize Aussie's leading technology platform to streamline workflows, ensure compliance, and enhance conversion rates.
• Increase your income by connecting clients to the broader Aussie ecosystem, including buyer's agents, conveyancing, and insurance services.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

To excel as an Aussie Mobile Broker, you will need:

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or a commitment to obtain one before starting – we will support you).
• Experience in sales, broking, or customer service.
• The drive to grow a high-performing, flexible business.
• A passion for assisting Australians in achieving property ownership.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
