About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support our growing global operations. You will play a key role in managing various HR functions, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various HR operations and initiatives.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist with employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
