Social Media Manager (m/f/d) - Part-Time

Location: Köln (Lindenthal) – Hybrid possible
Hours: 20 hours/week
Salary: €2,000 gross/month

About the Role:
Are you passionate about social media? Do you spot trends before they go mainstream, have a keen eye for engaging Reels, and craft captions that resonate? If so, we want you! We're seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to bring our brand to life on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

Your Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Filming with a smartphone, basic editing, and image selection.
• Copywriting: Writing engaging captions that encourage likes, saves, and shares.
• Platform Management: Daily posting and Story maintenance on Instagram and TikTok (and potentially other channels).
• Community Engagement: Managing DMs, comments, and fostering community interaction.
• Trend Spotting: Identifying emerging trends and translating them into compelling concepts for our brand.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the team on campaigns, launches, and promotions.

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in Social Media Management, preferably for a brand or shop.
• Proven track record of growing or significantly developing social media accounts.
• A strong sense for visual aesthetics, language, and brand tone.
• Proficiency in smartphone filming and editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
• Experience in community management and professional customer interaction.
• Independent and structured work style.
• Excellent German language skills; good English skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the beauty/aesthetics industry and/or with Shopify.
