Our AI Approach: The Agentic Product Data Layer
ainavio's platform utilizes a layer of specialized AI agents that autonomously handle the product data value chain, from listing products on marketplaces to optimizing images and requesting missing data. The core challenge lies in orchestrating these agents for quality, reliability, and modularity.
Your Role:
As Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle, reporting directly to the CEO. You will act as the central bridge between Sales, Support, integration teams, external partners, and product development. Your mission is to elevate existing product processes and drive the professionalization of the SaaS business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Capture, challenge, and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into a clear roadmap.
- Elevate existing product processes (requirements intake, prioritization, roadmapping, release communication) to scalable maturity.
- Lead and develop existing Product Owners (POs) and teams, sharpening structures.
- Shape the agentic product data layer, from discovery to rollout.
- Drive SaaS professionalization beyond the product itself (billing/pricing, customer onboarding, operational processes).
- Work data-driven, defining metrics, validating hypotheses, and justifying trade-offs transparently.
- Actively contribute hands-on when issues arise.
Requirements:
- Native-level German speakers.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS/B2B, ideally in the scaling phase ("1 to 10") and with real-world experience in building AI products.
- Demonstrable end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle (discovery to iteration).
- Experience building and professionalizing scalable product processes.
- Experience leading and developing product/engineering teams, ideally distributed and international.
- Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for AI agents, with a feel for designing products around orchestrated, modular agent systems.
- AI tools firmly embedded in your own daily work.
- Confident communication with the CEO and leadership.
Nice to Have:
- E-commerce ecosystem experience (webshops, marketplaces, data requirements).
- Knowledge of product data standards (PIM, BMEcat, ETIM, GS1).
- Technical depth to engage with engineering.
- Experience with ML/LLM products and handling non-determinism & quality assurance.
- Experience with SaaS operations (billing, pricing, onboarding).
- Experience building partner/integration ecosystems.
- Experience coaching/mentoring POs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
