Why this role is exciting

We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Administrator to own and scale our internal IT operations, tools, devices, user management, and automation across Vay. This critical role supports almost every department by owning and evolving our internal IT systems. You will be the go-to person for all IT needs, managing systems like Google Workspace and Atlassian, troubleshooting daily issues, and having the autonomy to make improvements, automate processes, and scale infrastructure as Vay grows.

What you'll be driving

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for seamless company-wide functionality.
• Manage internal network services and a suite of technology tools.
• Set up and manage user accounts, particularly in Google Workspace and Atlassian products.
• Automate internal IT processes to drive efficiency and minimize manual work.
• Support helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of desktop, application, and equipment issues.
• Maintain and evolve internal IT documentation and policies for clarity and accessibility.

This might be a great fit if you have

• Several years of experience in a similar IT administration, support, or helpdesk position.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, or similar IT administration systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS administration.
• Great communication skills.
• A troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to automate processes and tooling.
