Projektingenieur Spritzguss (m/w/d)

Our client is a successful automotive supplier specializing in the production of plastic systems. As part of a replacement search, we are looking for a Project Engineer Injection Molding (m/f/d) for the location in the Weser-Ems region.

Aufgaben (Responsibilities):

• Optimization of injection molding processes regarding cycle time, material usage, quality, and productivity.
• Analysis of capacities, machine availability, and production sequences.
• Support of new tools from specification, sampling, and series start-up to process release.
• Execution of FMEA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement measures (8D, 5-Why, Kaizen).
• Selection and qualification of plastics and recyclates according to automotive requirements.
• Technical responsibility for injection molding machines, peripherals, and supplier development.
• Support of feasibility analyses and projects in the automotive environment.

Qualifikation (Qualifications):

• Degree in Plastics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or Technician with relevant experience.
• Several years of experience in injection molding and plastics processing.
• Knowledge of process engineering, tool technology, plastic materials, and automotive quality methods.
• German and English language skills.
