Deine Position (Your Role):
As the energy transition accelerates, flexibility in the low-voltage grid becomes crucial. You will play a central role in our end-to-end steering proposition, translating regulatory complexity into scalable, compliant, and customer-friendly products at the intersection of regulation, product, hardware, and field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Expert on Smart Metering & Steering Regulation: Serve as the primary contact for regulatory developments (e.g., §14a EnWG, §9 EEG), interpreting legal frameworks and industry guidelines, and actively engaging in shaping future rules.
• Translate Regulation into Product Requirements: Define and prioritize development requirements for engineering teams to ensure Heartbeat AI and connected hardware meet compliance and performance standards.
• Drive Hardware Strategy and Rollout: Coordinate testing, prepare hardware decisions, and operationalize the rollout of intelligent metering systems and control units.
• Manage Service Providers and Market Partners: Oversee relationships with external service providers, DSOs, and metering point operators for seamless collaboration.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects & Monitor Performance: Take project responsibility for steering initiatives, define KPIs, monitor targets, and derive optimization measures.

Dein Profil (Your Profile):

• General:
• 3+ years of experience in the energy sector with a focus on metering and steering.
• Strong project management skills leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical and structured thinker, data-driven decision-maker.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and regulatory change.
• Excellent written and spoken German (essential) and English.
• Domain & Regulatory Expertise:
• Solid working knowledge of §14a EnWG and grid-oriented control of assets.
• Familiarity with relevant technical standards, market communication processes, and smart metering infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating hardware testing, lab setups, or certification processes is a strong plus.
