About the Role

Are you passionate about healthy eating, recipe development, and appearing on camera? Everydays is seeking individuals who want to guide others in their professional development through AI, automation, or digital processes. As an AI Coach, you will support participants in implementing their own projects in Artificial Intelligence and Automation. This role is less about traditional teaching and more about being a contact person, mentor, and sparring partner for technical and professional questions.

Aufgabengebiete (Responsibilities)

• Individual support for participants during their projects.
• Assistance in the development of AI and automation solutions.
• Coaching for technical and professional challenges.
• Support in the implementation of workflows, chatbots, and AI applications.
• Providing feedback, reflection, and project discussions.
• Fostering independent problem-solving.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

• Experience with AI applications, automation, or digitalization.
• Enjoyment of coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT, Make, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and empathy skills.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
