  • Oversee the return of venues to their original condition in collaboration with production companies or suppliers.
  • Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events.

About You:
You possess a track record in property or venue negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in negotiation and relationship building. You are an entrepreneurial individual, hands-on, and eager to demonstrate ownership. The role requires a blend of business development and operational experience, with a passion for the entertainment/events industry.

Qualifications:

  • Experience negotiating venue contracts and/or live event production management.
  • Basic knowledge of reading floor plans, RCP, and technical drawings.
  • Real Estate experience with strong connections to brokers and/or agencies.
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to forge partnerships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent time management skills.
  • Strategic and efficient problem-solving abilities on-site.
