Why This Role - and Why London:

This proximity allows for a deeper understanding of partner businesses and fosters closer collaboration.

Your Mission:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution across a cross-functional team (designers, engineers, data analysts, commercial partners).
  • Leverage data, partner feedback, and market signals to sharpen strategy, identify opportunities, and communicate progress.
  • Represent your domain to senior leadership, making the case for resources and priority with rigor and composure.
  • Shape product thinking and set standards for the London market.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience and Background:
  • Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role within a marketplace, platform, or technology business.
  • Experience in grocery, coffee, or fast casual industries is a significant differentiator, understanding their operational metrics and partnership value.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes that move key metrics for partners and the business.
  • How You Work:
  • Thrive working independently with a remote manager and high autonomy.

  • Rigorous analytical mind, capable of building business cases and using data effectively.
  • Decisive, transparent, and quick to adjust, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Energetic and infectious, inspiring cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Growth mindset, always seeking improvement.
  • Fun to work with, bringing authenticity and a team-oriented approach.
