We are a fast-growing, mission-driven, remote-first Series B company dedicated to providing actionable insights, critical vulnerability data, and remediation guidance to mitigate product risk and protect the connected attack surface.
The Role
We are building ambitious new product and service offerings and are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to set the strategic vision for a product area and lead a team to execute against it. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role for a PM leader with:
- Deep domain knowledge in product security or adjacent cybersecurity areas, understanding how security practitioners think and buy.
- Excellence in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive sound product decisions across a team.
- Fluency in AI tools for research, content generation, and synthesis, instilling these habits across their team to multiply output.
- An AI-native mindset, excited to help build and lead the industry’s first agentic product security assurance team.
What You’ll Do
- Own a product area end-to-end and lead the team executing it: Set vision, define key outcomes and metrics for product and customer success, and guide PMs and cross-functional partners.
- Be the authority on your domain: Develop and champion a deep understanding of customer product security assurance challenges and bring that perspective into executive and go-to-market conversations.
- Drive strategic prioritization: Make clear, defensible decisions on what gets built, balancing customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.
- Lead AI-powered product operations: Champion AI automation to ensure data-driven product decisions and build scalable, repeatable workflows.
- Own product messaging at a strategic level: Partner with go-to-market leadership to shape positioning for new capabilities.
- Build across software and services: Partner with services leadership to deliver customer outcomes and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Develop your team: Hire, coach, and grow product managers, clarifying roles, raising the bar on craft, and building a high-performing PM culture.
What You Bring
- 12+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in B2B enterprise software in cybersecurity or an adjacent area, including experience managing or mentoring PMs. Must be comfortable leading teams on complex technical products.
- Domain experience in security-adjacent products, with deep working knowledge in Cybersecurity and experience with products where security, compliance, or risk management is core.
- Market intelligence as a leadership skill: Exceptional researcher and synthesizer, with processes for continuous market and customer insight.
- AI aptitude: Experience building AI capabilities into products, automating product workflows with AI, and coaching others.
- Executive communication skills: Comfortable presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders.
- GTM partnership mindset: Proven track record of partnering with sales, marketing, and customer success strategically.
