Deine neuen Aufgaben (Your New Tasks):

  • Serve as the central point of contact for national/international clients, providing consulting and strategic development to ensure clients achieve their goals and remain successful long-term.
  • Support decision-makers (program managers, department heads, management) to ensure our solution delivers maximum impact.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and potential challenges in performance areas, developing tailored measures through regular performance and project management meetings.
  • Conduct targeted training sessions and guide clients through implementation to ensure they fully leverage our solution's potential.
  • Create audience-oriented dashboards and analyses for company performance management.
  • Present new product features and plan their rollout with the client, focusing on increasing the solution's value.
  • Identify opportunities for further developing customer relationships and optimizing licenses.

Das bringst Du mit (What You Bring):

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an Account Manager, Management Consultant, or in a similar advisory role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Extensive experience working with industrial clients and a solid background in optimizing cost and process structures.
  • Strategic thinking, ability to analyze customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Confident communication at the management level, with the ability to proactively inspire and retain clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other modern account management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
