We support companies in brand building and develop proprietary software systems. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in Artist Management, focusing on Media/Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and related technologies. You will work with perfectly tailored software systems designed for both artists and managers. This role offers a responsible position within a dedicated team, encouraging independent work and providing freedom to actively shape initiatives through flat hierarchies and flexible structures. You will engage in a diverse, demanding, and exciting range of tasks with renowned clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of our internal talents.
• Assist in the search for new cooperation partners.
• Learn how to create inquiries and offers throughout the collaboration.
• Gain knowledge of price negotiations and market pricing, with opportunities to demonstrate negotiation skills (in consultation) and participate in price negotiations with providers and service partners.
• Understand contract structures in the industry, their pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts.
• Support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and assist in their realization.
• Serve as the interface between talents and our partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and productions.
• In the first year, you will hold a supportive role, gradually taking on more responsibilities based on your development.

Qualifications

• Minimum internship, working student position, and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing, ideally within a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and flair for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the execution and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
