Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (French, Italian & English)

The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (French, Italian & English) to join our Global team. This role is 100% remote within Portugal, with a fixed working schedule of Saturday through Wednesday.

Your Mission:

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our users and partners, providing efficient and friendly customer care to turn them into ambassadors for our movement against food waste.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for users and partners, ensuring outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone.
  • Respond to inquiries through social media tools (Facebook, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews).
  • Handle priority situations with high care and proactively contact users and stores when necessary.
  • Assist in building and implementing processes to encourage sustainable lifestyles through Too Good To Go.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, inspiring customers towards more sustainable behavior.
  • Communicate customer needs and motivations to internal teams locally and globally.
  • Communicate in French, Italian, and English, utilizing translation tools for other languages as needed.

We are looking for:

  • Experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Full written and verbal proficiency in French, Italian, and English.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to set a high standard.
  • Experience working with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • A team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts.
  • Detail-oriented individuals capable of staying focused through repetitive tasks.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace, large platform, or the Food Industry is a bonus.
