The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (French, Italian & English) to join our Global team. This role is 100% remote within Portugal, with a fixed working schedule of Saturday through Wednesday.
Your Mission:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be the primary point of contact for our users and partners, providing efficient and friendly customer care to turn them into ambassadors for our movement against food waste.
