About the Team

Join our Digital Products Implementations team, where you'll partner with healthcare provider clients to understand their needs, architect solutions, and manage the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions and products. This team acts as the crucial link between Datavant's clients and our internal commercial, product, engineering, and business operations teams. Your work will be vital to growing Datavant's business and enabling clients to drive improved patient outcomes.

About the Role

As a Product Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with Datavant business operations, healthcare provider stakeholders (technical and non-technical), and Datavant product and engineering teams to implement digital technology products supporting Release of Information (ROI) and Healthcare Information Management (HIM) activities. You will be the key driver in ensuring successful client implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for Datavant clients, including project team management to meet milestones.
• Own technical configuration, project management, integrated testing, technical troubleshooting, and change readiness activities.
• Serve as a technical and product expert, addressing issues and questions throughout the implementation.
• Ensure the success of digital products for clients and business operations by gaining a deep understanding of healthcare provider systems and workflows.
• Provide exceptional client service and support, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Identify and support the automation of repeatable implementation and customer support processes.
• Provide continuous feedback to the Product team for product enhancements.
• Partner with Sales and Services teams to shape and close deals, offering technical support and product expertise.

• Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of Datavant’s software and its various applications.

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Prior experience implementing SaaS integration solutions (APIs, system interfaces).
• Prior experience in healthcare IT roles, particularly HIM or EHRs.
• Experience with database management and querying languages (e.g., SQL).

Compensation

• Estimated Total Cash Compensation Range: $84,000—$90,000 USD
