About the Role

You will join the Product team, primarily working on the Younited Pay and Cashback products. Younited Pay is a high-growth product launched over five years ago, while Cashback is a new solution with strong ambitions for adoption. This role is crucial for supporting the launch, measuring adoption, and structuring processes for internal teams and external partners.

Missions

1. Operational Management - RUN (Pay & Cashback):

• Take ownership and improve existing processes for Younited Pay (e.g., merchant onboarding).
• Participate in the launch and continuous improvement of the Cashback solution.
• Contribute to the adoption of solutions by internal and external teams through rituals, support, and processes.

2. Product Delivery & Evolution - BUILD:

• Contribute to the design and deployment of product evolutions, from idea to production.
• Coordinate stakeholders (Product, Tech, Ops, Business) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track the results of delivered features and contribute to iterations.

3. Transversal Work & Coordination:

• Collaborate daily with Product, Tech, Ops, and Business teams.
• Participate in the management of transversal topics related to Pay and Cashback solutions.
• Contribute to the industrialization of processes in a growing product context.

About You

• Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree (Business or Engineering school) for the 2026-2027 academic year, seeking a 12-month apprenticeship.
• Possess a first experience in project/product management (apprenticeship or 6-month internship) in a start-up, scale-up, or consulting firm.
• Curious, structured, and analytical, with an interest in tech/product topics.
• Clear written and oral communication skills, with the ability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Recruitment Process

1. Initial video call with Arthur, Lead Talent Acquisition Manager.
2. Second video call with Inès, Product Manager for the Pay solution.
3. Final in-person meeting with Dimitri, your future N+1 and Head of Solution.
