About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to join our growing UK and Ireland team. You will support the EAP Clinical Case Management team with essential administrative tasks, including data entry, processing referrals, sourcing affiliates, managing diaries and bookings, handling queries, and invoicing. You will also collaborate with other global clinical teams. This role requires flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment, offering a great opportunity to help shape our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical team with case administration, including sending sourcing emails, updating the Lyra system, and escalating queries.
  • Assist clinical specialists with coordinating ad-hoc interventions (e.g., learning & development, critical incidents) and ensure these are captured in Lyra systems.
  • Assist with the recruitment and management of the affiliate therapy network.
  • Process invoices related to clinical interventions, ensuring alignment with invoiced services/sessions and Lyra system data.
  • Provide general administration support.
  • Collaborate effectively with Lyra Finance teams for timely invoice handling.
  • Maintain engagement with clinical teams and Lyra affiliates for effective case management.
  • Work collaboratively with global clinical teams.
  • Liaise with affiliate clinicians for appointments and case updates.
  • Contribute to service and business development as required.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and activities according to business needs.
  • Play an active role in governance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role.
  • Experience working in high-pressure, time-limited environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with clinicians or within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of administrative boundaries and escalation procedures.
  • Ability and experience working autonomously in a remote-based role.
  • Experience working under pressure in environments with ambiguity.
