About the Role

Join Canva and contribute to redefining how the world experiences design. This 4-month project requires a detail-oriented contractor to support the Print Customer Experience team within Print Operations. You will be instrumental in managing operational reporting and communications with our global network of print service providers (PSPs).

What You'll Be Working On:

  • Producing and distributing weekly and monthly operational reports using Looker and Google Sheets.
  • Drafting communications to print service providers to initiate investigations, gather updates, and follow up on open items.
  • Reviewing reports and PSP communications to identify anomalies (e.g., volume spikes, missed SLAs, unresponsive partners) and flagging them to the relevant PSP manager.
  • Analyzing incoming support contacts to identify trends and recurring patterns.
  • Maintaining shared trackers, dashboards, and documentation in Google Sheets and Canva Docs.
  • Managing competing priorities across multiple PSP managers and delivering outputs on time.

You're Probably a Match If:

  • You thrive on operational detail and can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously without things slipping.
  • You are a confident written communicator, able to produce clear, professional external communications, even from verbal briefs.
  • You are a spreadsheet power user, proficient with functions like VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and pivot tables.
  • You pick up unfamiliar tools quickly and are comfortable working independently.
  • You are proactive, follow up before being asked, and flag issues early.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can translate verbal direction into documented, repeatable outputs.
