Note: This role requires periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Base salary of $80,000–$90,000.
• Weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA:

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans using ABA principles.
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
