Remuneration: PLN 7,000 - PLN 8,700 gross monthly (under employment contract)

The Role

As a Credentialing Auditor, you will safeguard the accuracy of ShiftKey's credentialing process. You will audit a sample of credential reviews performed by our Operations teams and third-party vendors, verifying that healthcare professionals' credentials are validated correctly and entered accurately into our systems. Your role involves turning findings into actionable insights by producing weekly reports on trends and recurring issues, partnering with team leads to guide coaching and performance, and recommending improvements to processes and training.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Audit a sample of credential reviews conducted by the Operations team and external vendors, ensuring credentials were validated correctly and entered accurately.
• Write weekly reports that highlight recurring errors and trends, categorized by credential type and individual reviewer.
• Assist managers and team leads in understanding team performance and guiding coaching conversations.
• Provide Credentialing Leads with tailored insights and recommend improvements to processes and training materials.
• Assist with training new hires, and undertake occasional special projects or time-sensitive audit requests.

What You'll Need:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven ability to plan, conduct, and document quality audits.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A keen eye for detail and a natural instinct for spotting patterns in data.
• Comfort working in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organize and present findings.
• Strong communication skills – ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with healthcare or tech industry environments is a plus.
