The Role:

We are looking for a professional to act in the evolution of agile maturity and performance of our tribes, contributing to the structuring and monitoring of execution cycles through data analysis, initiative organization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Act in the evolution of agile maturity and performance of tribes, structuring and monitoring execution cycles via data analysis, initiative organization, and promoting continuous improvement.
• Support the structuring of execution plans, contributing to goal definition, indicators, and action organization.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support diagnostics and decision-making.
• Monitor tribe initiative evolution, promoting visibility, organization, and execution consistency.
• Monitor performance indicators, supporting the identification of deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Support the generation of insights from data, contributing to the continuous improvement of tribe performance.
• Follow up on actions, supporting impediment identification and continuous delivery evolution.
• Support OKR deployment, ensuring connection with initiatives and clarity of expected results.
• Contribute to the evolution of tribe agile maturity, promoting best practices and operational consistency.

Requirements:

• Systemic vision, with the ability to connect business, technology, and agility in the execution context.
• Hands-on profile with a strong focus on data analysis, organization, and initiative monitoring.
• Solid experience working in agile teams.
• Knowledge of discovery and upstream processes.
• Experience with performance indicators, flow metrics, and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Experience with OKR deployment for tactical levels and results monitoring.
• Experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis and execution monitoring.
• Good communication and stakeholder articulation skills, ensuring visibility and alignment.
