Your Impact:

Customer Support Executives are vital to clearer.io's success. You will provide exceptional assistance with top-notch product knowledge and communication skills, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. As the first point of contact via live chat, you will assist customers swiftly and expertly, using logical thinking and in-depth platform knowledge.

What You'll Do:

  • Efficiently respond to inquiries via live chat.
  • Take full ownership of customer inquiries from initial chat to diagnosing problems and providing updates.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members and developers by logging support tickets and following up.
  • Create accurate instant set-ups via live chat, sharing articles, and creating snippets.
  • Enhance support centers by identifying when articles need updating and reporting back to your lead.
