As a Senior Consultant (all genders) | IT, you will work at the intersection of technology, architecture, and consulting. Together with our clients and interdisciplinary teams, you will develop digital solutions with sustainable business value and actively shape Ray Sono's technological future.

• Work on modern software and architecture projects in various client contexts and support the development of sustainable technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical concepts, architectural decisions, and technology evaluations, providing input for selecting suitable technologies and platforms.
• Actively shape modern development standards, platforms, and engineering practices, and support their continuous improvement.
• Analyze new technologies and AI-driven development opportunities, evaluating their potential for our clients and organization.
• Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic alignments, developing appropriate technological solutions with our teams.
• Advise clients on technological and digital issues, connecting technical possibilities with concrete business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Development Leads, Architects, Sales, and Management, contributing ideas to the evolution of our technology and service portfolio.
• In addition to project work, you will gradually take on more responsibility for strategic technology topics, actively shaping Ray Sono's technological direction and contributing to areas like technology strategy, AI enablement, technological consulting, market positioning, and the development of our IT Development organization.

• Good understanding of software architecture and technological interdependencies, thinking beyond individual solutions.
• Interest in new technologies, modern engineering practices, and the potential of AI in software development.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders and conveying technical topics clearly and persuasively.
• Structured approach, taking responsibility, and driving topics independently.
• Desire to strategically consider technology and shape its value for clients and organizations.
• Enjoyment of client interaction, workshops, and technical consulting.
• Experience in architectural topics, technical consulting, presales, or technological strategy work.
• Very good German and good English language skills (spoken and written).
