Software Engineer - Facilitator Success

About the Role

As a Software Engineer on the Facilitator Success team, you will build products that empower our largest and most distributed clinical workforce – Group Facilitators (GFs). You will develop systems that help GFs prepare, deliver, and improve group-based care. This includes making client history accessible, generating session summaries, developing playbooks, and making care quality measurable to drive feedback and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality, performant, maintainable features using React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Set strong patterns for our growing engineering team, leveraging modern AI tools for rapid development at scale.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive data modeling discussions.
• Collaborate with product and design to iterate on top-notch product solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to engineering processes, tools, and procedures.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and learning through mentoring, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure clients always have access to care.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience developing user-facing web applications.
• Expertise and hands-on production experience with an application programming language, preferably Python and/or JavaScript.
• Masterful ability to break down complex problems into smaller, tractable solutions with clear iterations.
• Significant scope within an application engineering team, with experience making or contributing to important technical tradeoff decisions.
• Experience developing high-quality code leveraging modern AI tooling (e.g., using Claude Code).
• Growth mindset, sense of humor, adaptability, and a passion for fostering a fun, learning-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

• The total target base compensation for this role is between $170,000 and $220,000 per year. Pay will be determined based on location, experience, leveling, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Total compensation may also include stock options and other benefits.
