We are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d) who wants to develop and shape our future.

Tasks:

• Continuously develop our operating system, PangOS.
• Build features used daily by our teams.
• Develop robust backend solutions with a holistic system perspective.
• Automate processes and create digital solutions for real-world challenges.
• Contribute your own ideas to product, architecture, and technology decisions.
• Collaborate closely with founders and business departments.
• Ensure sustainable software quality through testing and clean code practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in web development or the ambition to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ideally, knowledge of Ruby on Rails or the motivation to learn it.
• A knack for clean, maintainable, and sustainable software solutions.
• Quality consciousness and enjoyment in developing robust systems.
• Independent and pragmatic work style.
• Team spirit, curiosity, and the desire to improve things.
