Your Role:
We are seeking committed, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Project Manager II for our Brightech location in Taipei, Taiwan. This role offers opportunities to work remotely from a home-based office in accordance with our Work from Home policy.

Job Accountabilities:

• Lead or support efficient management of projects across Everest's service areas.
• Ensure successful project team mobilization and communication, proactively tracking milestones, deliverables, and success.
• Integrate information to develop project budgets and cross-functional project work plans, including resource requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and facilitate project kick-off meetings (internal and external).
• Implement project management tools for accurate tracking and transparency.
• Lead all project management aspects of assigned Phase I to IV clinical trials in accordance with ICH guidelines, FDA, Health Canada, EMA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings, communicate assignments, priorities, and expectations to team members, and track deliverable completion.
• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for clinical trial Sponsors.
• Coordinate activities across functional project teams and with third-party vendors.
• Proactively track and manage project tasks against timelines and budgets, preparing project status reports.
• Monitor financial status against work order budgets and identify out-of-scope tasks.
• Review and report on overall client portfolio performance.
• Generate new sales leads by developing trust-based relationships with client counterparts.
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution, driving strategic decisions.
• Communicate project action items and key decisions through timely minutes and follow-up actions.
• Support general operational and capability-building activities for the Project Management department, including developing training materials, SOPs, and templates.
• Manage and support project information repositories.
• Assist in Business Development initiatives, including responding to RFIs and RFPs, proposal development, bid defense preparation, and contract development.
