Your Mission

As a Content Creator, your mission is to develop content that drives reach, generates attention, and aligns with OLAKALA's brand identity. You will identify relevant trends, translate them into unique formats, and showcase products, campaigns, and brand moments effectively on social media. The focus is on creating content that resonates with the target audience, fostering understanding, emotional connection, and sharing.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and recurring formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media channels to increase reach, engagement, brand awareness, and community closeness.
• Support the planning and structuring of the content calendar, contributing own suggestions for topics, hooks, and formats.
• Research trends, sounds, creators, competitors, and developments in the fashion, streetwear, and social media space.
• Organize and accompany content productions, photoshoots, campaigns, and spontaneous content moments in the brand's daily life.
• Independently plan and produce photo and video content for organic social media channels.
• Perform post-production of videos and images, focusing on editing, timing, sound, visual language, and brand impact.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, E-commerce, and the Content team to make products, drops, and campaigns visible.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion, streetwear, social media, and digital trends.
• A good sense for what content works on TikTok and Instagram and why.
• Initial experience in producing social media content, ideally for fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, sports, or e-commerce.
• Ability to independently work with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, or comparable programs.
• A good eye for visual language, aesthetics, editing, music, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding that good content must not only look good but also capture attention and suit the target audience.
• Structured, reliable, and self-directed work approach.
• Creativity, engagement, and a clear hands-on mentality.
• Enjoyment in not just developing ideas but also implementing them yourself.
• Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to maintain an overview amidst multiple projects, deadlines, and spontaneous productions.
