Field Service IT Technician (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

• On-site Support at all 60 Locations: You are the primary point of contact for employees with IT and technical questions – in person, direct, and solution-oriented (approx. 2/3 of your working time).
• Installation, setup, modification, and dismantling of cash registers, scales, networks, and office workstations.
• Participation in IT-related project implementations, e.g., opening new stores.
• Setup and maintenance of video surveillance, alarm systems, and telephone systems.
• Selection, procurement, and installation of IT equipment.
• Coordination of suppliers and external partners.

⚠️ Important Note: This is not a home office job or a classic helpdesk with a headset. Approximately two-thirds of your working time is spent on-site in the stores – Field Service. If you love this, you are in the right place with us!

Qualifikation:

• Solid IT knowledge and technical understanding of hardware and software.
• Manual dexterity and enjoyment of practical installations.
• Experience in the installation and maintenance of networks and IT systems.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style – you don't wait for instructions, you act.
• Open and communicative nature – you are the face of IT in our stores.
• Good German language skills (min. C1) and basic English knowledge (A2).
• Driver's license Class B (required).
• Initial experience with POS or ERP systems is advantageous, but not a must.
